The Ride Ready Kit

The TCA Ride Ready Kit costs $40 USD, paid once. It includes an editable Excel workbook, a six-page PDF quick-start guide and getting-started notes, supplied as a ZIP download. There is no subscription and no physical product is included in the kit purchase.

The workbook covers bike details, service history, ride planning, upgrade budgeting and resale notes. It is designed for desktop spreadsheet use and contains no macros. Google Sheets and mobile compatibility have not been verified. It is an organisation tool; follow the bicycle manufacturer’s instructions and qualified maintenance advice.

Each eligible, confirmed kit purchase includes one promotional entry. The bicycle is the promotional prize. Review the total shown by Stripe before confirming payment.

Who can enter

Entrants must live in the United States, Canada or Mexico and be at least 18 years old, or the higher age required in their location. You must confirm your age and provide accurate contact and location details at checkout.

The maximum is 50 tickets per person across all purchases. Using another email address does not increase this limit.

The bicycle

One winner will receive one new 2026 Canyon Aeroad CFR Di2 bicycle. The bicycle will be shipped to the winner after the draw. We will email the winner with the next steps to arrange receipt of the bike.

Purchase requirement and entry question

A $40 Ride Ready Kit purchase is required for each promotional entry. When checkout is open, answer the cycling question, provide your details, confirm your age and acceptance of these terms, and complete the one-time payment through Stripe Checkout. A kit order and one promotional entry are issued only after payment is confirmed.

The question is “Where does the Tour de France take place?” Select the correct country to continue. There is no limit on question attempts. The question is a qualifying requirement; the winner is selected randomly from eligible entries.

The total allocation is 750 tickets, with a maximum of 50 tickets per person. Each eligible entry has an equal chance in the random draw.

Entry availability and closing

Purchases and entries are open until sellout.

Entries close when all 750 tickets are sold. The live draw date and time will be announced on this page and our YouTube channel. No draw date or time is currently specified.

Draw and winner

One winner will be selected randomly from the eligible paid entries. The draw and winner announcement will be live on YouTube @tricoreapparel. The chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries in the draw.

After the draw, we will contact the selected winner by email with the next steps for receiving the new bicycle. Keep your checkout email accurate and check your inbox and spam folder.

Past winner names and prizes shown on this website are supplied by TCA and relate to previous promotions.

Digital delivery and refunds

After Stripe confirms payment, a kit download link is sent to the email provided at checkout. The order-confirmation page also provides the download when available. The initial link expires after seven days; keep the downloaded files for your own use.

Digital kit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

If delivery fails, a file is inaccessible or a duplicate charge appears, contact tricoreapparel@gmail.com with the receipt or order reference. Never send full card details by email.

Charitable support

Charitable support is being considered. The recipient and contribution arrangements for this digital-product offer have not been finalized. No charitable partnership or endorsement is represented, and a kit purchase is a commercial purchase, not a donation.

Privacy and contact

When checkout is available, TCA collects the name, email, country or region, cycling answer, age confirmation and acceptance of terms needed to process the purchase and entry. Payment references, order and entry records, delivery status and download-access records support fulfillment, entry administration and customer service.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page. Resend receives the email address and message details needed to deliver kit emails. Hosting services may process ordinary request and security logs.

Checkout uses this tab’s browser storage for an attempt reference and a fingerprint of submitted details to prevent duplicate requests. It does not store card information there. Your browser may retain autofill data.
